Emmerdale's Isabel Hodgins has got engaged to her boyfriend Adam in a sweet dinner date proposal.
The Victoria Sugden actress shared the news with a video on social media which saw Isabel looking over the moon as Adam sweetly presented her with a stunning ring.
The 30 year old captioned the post: "The most incredible night of my life. I said yes to marrying my best friend. My kind, sweet, patient and generous perfect person. I can’t wait to spend forever with you.”
Her celebrity friends rushed to comment on it and send their congratulations, with Laura Norton writing: “Unbelievable. Best news. 30s looking good.”
Fellow actor Adam Thomas said: "Whattttt", while Natalie Jamieson wrote: “Woo hoo! Congratulations.”
Fans also couldn't help but comment on the post and how amazing the engagement news was, as one said: "Omggggggg!!! Congratulations brb crying", while another added: "INCREDIBLE! Congratulations to you both".
The couple went Instagram official last December and their relationship has appeared to go from strength to strength ever since.
Before starting up her romance with fiance Adam, she dated her co-star Michael Parr, who played Ross Barton in the ITV soap. Unlike many co-stars who keep their relationships under wraps, they went public on Instagram early on after they started dating in 2015.
Michael then moved to America to pursue his acting career away from soaps while Isabel stayed in the Dales. Reports suggested they drifted apart after four years of dating.
Michael isn't the only co-star linked to Isabel, as last year, rumours swirled about her close relationship with Lawrence Robb, who plays MacKenzie Boyd. They were reportedly seen getting cosy on the red carpet at the Grand Ball in Manchester.
However, now Isobel looks happier than ever as she is often sharing glimpses into her life with her new fiance on Instagram.
The couple appear to be keen runners having completed a series of events together and can be seen posting loved-up snaps during romantic getaways.
