Josie Gibson helped out Made In Chelsea star Ashley James during a rough period in her life.
The 38-year-old This Morning host is braving it out in the jungle as a campmate on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!. She entered camp on Sunday (November 19) with the rest of the ITV cast, but it seems she's no stranger to surprise living situations.
That's because she let Ashley shack up with her in the wake of a "bad break up". The reality star took to Instagram with a sweet message where she explained how Josie was there for her when she needed it the most.

She wrote: "Having a break whilst I'm away but I just had to come on here and wish Josie Gibson so much luck for the jungle. She deserves to be a queen, I'm so happy for everything coming Josie's way".
Ashley went on: "Lots of you won't know but Josie was my literal guardian angel after a bad breakup almost 10 years ago. I'd only met her twice but after reading my relationship was over online she called me to check in.
"I was a mess and had no money etc – within 10 minutes Josie was in a van one the way from Bristol to pick me and all my possessions up. I lived with her for five months and she helped me pick my life back up and helped me build my self esteem.

"We had a lot of fun together. Josie is always so giving and I'm just so happy that she is getting the recognition she deserves from just being a 10/10 human. I'll love her forever."
Josie has also dealt with break-ups in the past. In her opening VT, Josie joked how she wouldn't be afraid of snakes because it reminds her of her former flames.

She said: "Snakes I'm quite good with actually.” She added: “I fell in love with enough of them!" She revealed she was dating a mystery man back in August.
During an episode of Shopping With Keith Lemon, she said: "There is someone in my life at the moment but it’s early stages. It’s that bit where you’ve got the flutters, can’t-wait-to see-them vibes – you get a little bit nervous."
