I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! viewers were puzzled during the latest instalment of the ITV show after Nella Rose's sudden medical emergency was completely ignored.
On Tuesday (November 28), it was announced the 26-year-old YouTuber was unable to face the public vote as she had to be removed from camp for medical reasons. Presenters Ant and Dec announced the news before heading into camp to say who was taking part in the next trial, In Too Deep.
They told those watching home: "Now unfortunately Nella is being seen by the medic. She should be back later, but it means she is exempt from today's trial." Ant and Dec revealed ex-politician Nigel Farage and Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard would be facing the gruelling challenge.

Minutes into Wednesday's show (November 29), Nella was seen back in camp looking like her normal self. However, fans fumed as the hosts failed to give an update on her health.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fumed: "The only reason Nigel was in that tank was because Nella bottled it and couldn’t do it on medical grounds! Yeah right!" A second weighed in: "Will you be refunding those who voted for last night's trial? It's clear to all that Nella would have been voted to do the trial only for you to give her a very vague pass on 'medical reasons'."
Another accused ITV of "taking the p***" as they fumed: "@imacelebrity why was NELLA back in the camp after apparently off to the doctors for health reasons laughing & joking? There was nothing wrong with her apart from crying because she was voted for the trials. A complete drama queen and ITV falling for it. Taking the piss is ITV."
A fourth agreed: "The only other reason is Nella was exempt at the very last second after everyone voted for her. #ImaCeleb." Another seething viewer wrote: "Everyone who voted for nella tonight should get an extra 5 tomorrow night. Because if tonight doesn't scream FIX I don't know what does she clearly got the most votes and knew it so made an excuse to see the medic to become exempt. What a mess of a show tonight was."
