First look at iconic Celebrity Cyclone sees Josie, Sam, Tony and Nigel put through their paces

Ahead of the semi-final of I'm A Celebrity 2023, a trailer has been released showing the last four stars on the show being put through their paces in Celebrity Cyclone.

The final four who took part in the trial consisted of This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, former politician and right-wing commentator Nigel Farage, former boxer Tony Bellew and Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson.

In the challenge, the group had to hold onto giant stars and stay in position at their allotted place on the course while being pelted with water, wind and balls.

A teaser clip released by ITV revealed that Josie and Nigel were the first to take on the trial while Sam and Tony waited on a turntable which no doubt made them very dizzy.

While Nigel managed to stay in position and was very still, Josie tried to join him but struggled and fell over a few times as she was sprayed with water and a wind machine knocked her off course.

Ant and Dec, who host the show, held megaphones in the clip and encouraged the celebrities, shouting: "Come on Josie! You can do it, get to Nigel."

Josie came very close to sitting next to Nigel with her two stars but unfortunately one blew away when she was nearly there.

It remains to be seen how the rest of the challenge will unfold but it's sure to be nail-biting as the celebrities try their best to win the rest of the stars on Saturday's episode.

It comes after Marvin Humes became the latest celebrity to leave the show on Friday, 8 December, after Ant and Dec headed into camp to reveal which two stars had the lowest number of public votes.

Some fans were left shocked with the overall vote leading to Marvin's departure, taking to social media to share their outrage. One viewer tweeted: "Absolutely gutted Marvin's been voted out, really wanted to see him do the celebrity cyclone, so proud of you Marvin, you are my king of the jungle."

Many slammed the decision, with another fan sharing: "WHO has kept Nigel and Josie in over Marvin?" as a third added: "How has Marvin gone, I wanted him to win so bad."

Some claimed it should have been Nigel who left. "Should have been Tony Sam Marvin & Nick x," said a social media user.

While he may have missed out on the final, Marvin was reunited with his wife Rochelle, who he had been missing during his time in the jungle – as the pair shared a kiss at the end of the show's famous bridge.
