The Countdown queen highlighted her tiny waist in the nude dress and she rocked a pair of platform heels.
Carol, 62, stood beside a palm tree in her perfectly manicured garden as she excitedly revealed that she is launching a new book to complement her Perfect 10 podcast.
She wore her blonde hair in natural waves and framed her eyes with smokey eyeshadow.
The long-sleeved dress was incredibly flattering and allowed her to proudly showcase the results of her hard work in the gym.
Katie Piper wrote: "My mind of shoes," and Carol replied: "they have a built in gel and are honestly the most comfortable heeled shoes EVER."

Carol confessed: "Starting to train for proper pull ups…. always been weak for those and a full press up….. trying now."
Last week the radio host displayed her award-winning bum in another stylish gym kit.
Carol headed to the gym for another workout, which consisted of dead lifting, lunges and squats.
She rocked red leggings and a matching top, which showed off her figure perfectly.
Carol recently celebrated400,000 followers on Instagram.
The TV legend shared a reel of her 'best bits', kicking the clip off by posing in a leopard print bikini.
The swimsuit featured tassels that wrapped around her waist, enhancing her incredible figure.
Taking time to thank her followers, she wrote: "YOU’RE THE BEST," adding two red hearts.
