Coronation Street: Daniel loses his temper with Daisy
Coronation Street viewers could be about to see a whole new wave of drama on the ITV soap. It comes after Daisy Midgeley (played by Charlotte Jordan) came clean about cheating with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott).
The pair had grown close after the horrific acid attack earlier this year, although their feelings started to develop into something more. After a few secret kisses, Daisy tried to put distance between them and focus on her fiance Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard).
However, temptation took over and the pair ended up sleeping together which she admitted to earlier this week. With Daniel left furious, it looks as though their relationship has come to an end.
While her love life seems to be falling apart, Ryan’s is taking off as he recently revealed he’s moving to Glasgow with Crystal Hyde (Erin Austen). With Ryan leaving the cobbles and Daniel furious with her, it seems Daisy is now all alone.
Speaking to Express.co.uk and other media publications, soap star Charlotte Jordan touched on what’s ahead. When asked how Daisy is now she’s lost both men in her life, she teased there could be drama on the way.

Charlotte said: “She’s having to regroup and refocus. These men at one time or another have been her sole focus for the last two-three years on the street.
“What’s interesting is they’re using the breakup to bring the dark side of her character back out and she’s going to lean into her morally corrupt tendencies.
“She feels she has nothing left to lose, so for lack of a better statement: The B***h is Back.”
It looks as though her darker side could come to light with the return of Daniel’s former beau Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon).

Daniel was smitten with Bethany before she left to start a new life in London back at the start of 2020.
However, after three years away from the cobbles, she’s set for a dramatic return just as Daniel and Daisy have called it a day on their relationship.
When asked if Daisy will see Bethany as a threat, the soap star confessed her character’s jealous side will make an appearance.
Speaking about Bethany, Charlotte continued: “She’s beautiful, she’s been told how successful Bethany is living it up in London and Daisy is a naturally jealous, territorial person.
“Bethany had that connection with Daniel when he was at his most vulnerable which will instantly put Daisy on high alert.
“I have to say it’s a relationship I’m really looking forward to playing around with.”
Will there be another love triangle in Weatherfield involving Daniel and Daisy?
Coronation Street continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV from 8pm.
