AMY Dowden has hinted that she will return to the dance floor within weeks amid her cancer battle.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 33, was expected to miss the new series due to her diagnosis, but that could be set to change.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Amy wished everyone competing in the series good luck with the first live show of the season.
She said: "Happy live show day @bbcstrictly 💖 wishing the entire team a fabulous show and I know it’s going to be amazing!
"I’ve been kept up to date with the pros and a few sneaky FaceTimes! Literally can’t wait to watch and support you all.
"Hopefully I’ll be there in a few weeks 🙏💖."

The Welsh star was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in May after she found a lump while preparing for her honeymoon with husband Ben Jones in the month before.
She was then dealt a heartbreaking blow as she revealed a second cancer was found in her body following a mastectomy in June.
Amy decided to shave her head after she started to lose her hair due to the chemotherapy treatment.
The BBC favourite told how she wanted to "keep my identity" with her locks but woke up to the reality it was "shredding ever day."

On September 22, she posted a heartbreaking video of herself surrounded by loved ones as her hair was cut off.
The dancer explained how she was "taking control" after feeling like she has had "so much taken away from me" since being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
She said: "Since taking control, I feel I can now see the finish line.
"This for me was a hurdle I couldn't even bring myself to think or speak about. I've done it and I've also crossed the half way chemo line!'
"Im feeling empowered and positive! To everyone on their own journey, whatever that maybe, I'm sending love, power, strength and courage.
"I found my courage for this step and I'm proud."
She finished the message by saying how she wants to "bring normality to a beautiful bald head".
Amy has previously posted pictures online to encourage others to check for signs of breast cancer.
The Strictly star, who is married to fellow dance pro Ben, was a finalist on the BBC show in 2019.
