Doja Cat has gone all out to promote her new album, sharing some very racy snaps on social media.
The Paint The Town Red rapper, 27, is set to release her new offering, Scarlet, on Friday, and has whipped followers up into a frenzy ahead of the drop.
Taking to Instagram, she posted a string of risqué photos, posing in a pink bikini top, underneath a white cropped vest and green mini skirt.
In one upload, she flashed her bum for the camera, showing off a pair of seriously dreamy fluffy pink boots, while another saw her fanning herself off in front of TV sets.
Alongside the upload, the musician took the opportunity to plug her upcoming release, with the caption simply reading: ‘Tomorrow 9pm PST.’
Fans couldn’t get enough of the snaps, with one penning: ‘Oh wait cus this boutta go crazy [sic].’
‘We will be watching, we will be supporting, and we WILL be streaming,’ a commenter insisted.
‘I’m so excited I might actually give birth to a whole cow,’ a seriously dedicated fan wrote.
As an Instagram user added: ‘The people are readyyyyy [sic].’
Doja has had a bumpy journey to her release date, after sparking backlash with her recent music video for Demons.
At the beginning of the month, the Grammy-winner debuted the visuals – which included a cameo from Addams Family star Christina Ricci.
However, many were left divided over the satanic imagery in the footage, including the moment the star transformed into a devilish creature with horns and scaly skin, and haunting a family’s home.
She also came under fire from her hugely loyal fanbase, named Kittenz, after she appeared to call their chosen fan moniker out in a series of now-deleted tweets.
‘My fans don’t get to name themselves s**t. If you call yourself a “kitten” or f**king “kittenz” that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house,’ she wrote, before swiftly deleting the messages.
‘My life my rules my style my attitude [sic].’
Doja’s tweets didn’t sit well with some of her Kittenz, with more than 200,000 promptly unfollowing her on social media…
