In an episode of Channel 4's The Secret World of Christmas Chocolate, viewers discovered more about the popular treat families love around Christmas.

The documentary, narrated by Jo Brand, featured various big names from the chocolate world spilling on their products. These included Michelle Frost who is the general manager of Mars.

As she revealed more about Celebrations, Michelle also said the logo features a secret meaning. She said: "It dawned on me we needed to use the chocolates that everybody loves."

Michelle continued: "Then I had to think about, 'What are we going to call this thing?' There were two names that stuck out to me – one was Celebrations and one was Jamboree.

"But Celebrations just summed up the occasion that we wanted people to use this product for."

Once this was decided, there was only one thing left to do – decide on the packaging. She added: "We came up with this idea of using the logos from the brand, as part of the Celebrations.

"So the 'b' is the b that you see on Bounty, and the 's' is the s from the Mars bar. Not many people realise as they've got so used to seeing that as the Celebrations logo they don't really know how it started."

Brits were mind-blown by the secret, although it's not the first time people discovered it. A few years ago, a Facebook post went viral as someone shared a photo of the logo.

The woman made notes all over it, showing how each of the letters make up the name to the chocolates inside the tub.

Alongside the snap, she wrote: "I can't be the only one who has only just realised this?" Another added: "Well I was today years old when I found this out."

A second commented: "Omg cool! I feel enlightened." While a third posted: "Never even thought of it."
