Eddie Redmayne, 41, has starred in some of the biggest films of recent years, having been active in the industry for more than two decades.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s also featured in roles across stage and TV, and last year his role in a production of Cabaret led him to win the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical.<\/p>\n

Eddie is best-known on the big-screen for his role as Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything, as well as Newt Scamander in the Fantastic Beasts series. <\/p>\n

More recently, he portrayed Tom Hayden in The Trial of the Chicago 7 (2020) and Charles Cullen in The Good Nurse (2022).<\/p>\n

Away from his life on-screen, Eddie is happily married to his wife Hannah Bagshawe – here\u2019s everything you need to know about the couple.<\/p>\n

Eddie Redmayne is married to Hannah Bagshawe, who he first met when they were still at school back in 2000. The Fantastic Beasts actor attended Eton College, while Hannah went to an all-girls school nearby.<\/p>\n

Hannah and her classmates put on a charity fashion show, with the pair reportedly meeting at the after party.<\/p>\n

But it took quite a while for them to become an item, as they didn\u2019t start dating for another 12 years. "It's great that she found me attractive then and still does," he told Time Out in 2016.<\/p>\n

"It's also wonderful having a shared history and friends, even though we didn't get together for 15 years." The pair tied the knot in 2014 at Babbington House in Somerset, in a intimate candlelit ceremony.<\/p>\n

After getting married in the December, they took off to the Alps for their honeymoon for a ski trip.<\/p>\n

They welcomed daughter Iris Mary into the world in 2016, and a baby boy into the world in 2018, naming their second child Luke Richard.<\/p>\n

Eddie previously joked about the relatively short gap onLive with Kelly and Ryan, saying: \u201cWe\u2019ve just about got to that stage when we\u2019re beginning to get sleep and remember what that word means. Getting prepped to go back into the trenches.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Hannah often attends red carpet events with her husband, she keeps a relatively low profile, and doesn\u2019t have public social media accounts.<\/p>\n

The pair also have a handful of famous friends, having spent time with the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and are considered part of their \u201cwider circle\u201d of friends. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Eddie also has a connection to Prince William, as they played football together at Eton. <\/p>\n
