It’s the end of an era at Freeform<\/strong>!<\/p>\n The Disney-owned network is no longer moving forward with two of it’s biggest dramas – Good Trouble<\/strong><\/em> and Cruel Summer<\/strong><\/em>, THR<\/em> reports.<\/p>\n The Fosters<\/em> spinoff and the anthology series were the only Freeform originals left at the network that had yet to be renewed or canceled.<\/p>\n Find out more inside…<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to THR<\/em>, Freeform execs wanted both of the shows to return, but the latest ratings were not justifying the costs of renewing them for sixth and third seasons, respectively. <\/p>\n Good Trouble<\/em> was of course a sequel series\/spinoff of hit series The Fosters<\/em>, following Mariana and Callie as they moved to Los Angeles. The show’s now final episodes, and the second half of season five will be returning in January 2024.
