Rochelle Humes has finally touched down in Australia ready to greet her husband Marvin when he leaves the I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! jungle this week – winning her race against time to be there when he says goodbye to the camp.

The TV host and former singer, 34, left London unsure if Marvin could be evicted by the time she arrived, but luckily for her, Fred Sirieix was the third person out on the public vote.

It means after getting some sleep Rochelle, who was laden with her fair share of luggage on arrival, will head into camp with the other friends and family – who arrived last week.

Speaking as she came through the arrivals hall after her Emirates flight, Rochelle said: "My flight was not too bad. I made it, it's quite a way. I am not the best flyer but it was alright, I went to sleep. I am pleased I am here."

Asked about leaving it late and risking missing Marvin coming out she added: "I was always coming on this day. Of course I want people to keep voting. I didn't see last night's episode cos I was up in the sky but I can't wait to see it, I have been sent a little link."

Despite now being close by to greet him, Rochelle wouldn't mind for her husband to last slightly longer in camp. With a smile, she said: "One more day would do. A spa would be fantastic, I have given the kids to my mum so a spa would be great."

Rochelle and Marvin share three kids together; Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, two. Talking about her little ones watching the show, she said: "For my youngest two it is on quite late but they know and they are excited."

Ahead of his stint in the jungle, Marvin spoke to OK! about how he was feeling about being away from his three children while in Australia.

"This is definitely the longest I have been away from them. Before children, the longest Rochelle and I spent apart was six weeks,” he explained.

“Since we had kids, the longest I have been apart from them is five days. That will be the hardest thing for me. I can’t go a day without seeing or speaking to them, and I know it is going to be tough.”

He added: “I do bedtime stories, homework, the school run – silly things like that I love every moment of. But I know they are going to be watching me, so I hope I will do them proud.”
