Having set up her own media company and acting as its CEO, Polina has now hired a personal assistant &#8211; and it seems like she is very generous boss.<\/p>\n<p>The content creator revealed that she paid for her personal assistant to go on holiday to Dubai, as well as regularly buying her new clothes and all the latest tech gadgets.<\/p>\n<p> Her latest\u00a0video on the subject has amassed 1.3 million views, and social media users have branded it &#8216;incredible&#8217; &#8211; with numerous questioning: &#8216;You hiring?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/13\/77833341-12752905-CEO_Polina_Nioly_Pushkareva_right_revealed_the_perks_her_persona-a-59_1701610017807.jpg\" height=\"799\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>CEO Polina Nioly Pushkareva (right) revealed the perks her personal assistant (left) gets, including free trips and the latest gadgets\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Taking to TikTok, Polina wrote: &#8216;Rules I have with my personal assistant as a millionaire.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>First, Polina kindly pays for her assistant\u2019s clothes. She wrote: &#8216;I pay for her business clothes. I think it\u2019s my responsibility to my assistant look &#8220;presentable&#8221; [be]cause she&#8217;s part of my image as well.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Next, Polina can be seen showering her assistant in luxury gifts, including a Prada handbag.<\/p>\n<p>She explained: \u2018I always get her insane gifts for her birthdays.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;This year I got her a fully paid by me trip to Dubai for a week so she can rest.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Polina covers her assistant\u2019s costs during business related travel \u2013 including hotels, food, and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>The video showed Polina\u2019s assistant enjoying Disneyland while donning Minnie Mouse ears, and later fine dining.<\/p>\n<p>Polina explained: &#8216;When we travel together, I pay for her hotel (she always stays in nice hotels), food (she goes to the same restaurants I go to and I don&#8217;t limit the budget), [and] entertainment&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/13\/77834633-12752905-Polina_pays_for_her_assistant_s_business_clothes_as_she_believes-a-60_1701610017809.jpg\" height=\"881\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Polina pays for her assistant&#8217;s business clothes as she believes it to be her &#8216;responsibility&#8217;
