Posting pictures on social media showing her in tight black exercise gear, she told her followers: &quot;I got this.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>One snap showed Lorraine standing head on, with a fist raised triumphantly in the air. Daily Star has just the thing for you!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Another image was snapped from the side, showing off the TV star&apos;s sleek figure and toned arms. \u201cThank you @louiseappelpt I&apos;m feeling fantastic!!!&quot; said the star.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31538390.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_EHP_CHP_271123EastEnders-Lorraine-Stanley-_88243.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>&quot;You&apos;re the best PT.\u201d She added the hashtags &quot;#personaltrainer #fitat40something #toning #weighttrainingforwomen #igotthis&quot; to her post.<\/p>\n<p>The actress has been playing Walford&apos;s Karen since 2017 but earlier this year reports started swirling about the character being written out of the BBC soap. Lorraine later confirmed on Instagram that her time in Albert Square was going to be up, saying that she would be &quot;sad to be saying goodbye to Karen&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31538389.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_EHP_CHP_271123EastEnders-Lorraine-Stanley-_88244.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Last month, Lorraine told The Sun that although she was sad, leaving EastEnders was also going to be \u201cexciting\u201d as she could explore other opportunities for her career. \u201cYou can get a bit relaxed there and a bit comfortable,\u201d said the 47-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>The star said she hoped that fans of the soap would remember Karen as \u201cthe best mum on the Square\u201d with a \u201cheart of gold\u201d.
