But as it tastes nicer I think it&#x27;s worth the extra money.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taste: 9\/10<\/li>\n<li>Caramac similarity: 7\/10<\/li>\n<li>Total: 16\/20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nestle&#x27;s <strong>Milkybar Gold\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/keira-sesay-ceramic-alternatives-taste-860033629.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a31.25, 85g &#8211; Tesco\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Price per 100g: \u00a31.47<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Milkybars are also produced by Nestle, so you would think they may taste similar but actually that couldn&#x27;t be further from the truth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Milkybar has an almost malty flavour but the taste of white chocolate overpowers almost everything else.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Definitely one for fans of blondies (brownies made from white chocolate) but not great if you are looking for a Caramac dupe.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taste: 8\/10<\/li>\n<li>Caramac similarity: 5\/10<\/li>\n<li>Total: 13\/20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>McVities Gold\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/keira-sesay-ceramic-alternatives-taste-860033711.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Price: \u00a31.50 for eight &#8211; Tesco\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Price per 100g: \u00a31.06<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re branching out slightly into biscuit territory with this one, but I can see why the little bars come in such small sizes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>These really pack a punch and are incredibly sweet, maybe even too sweet, but they do have the lowest price point.<\/p>\n<p>I wouldn&#x27;t say this bar comes very close to the Caramac bar, it\u2019s definitely a chocolate that would go well with a nice cup of tea.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taste: 6\/10<\/li>\n<li>Caramac similarity: 4\/10<\/li>\n<li>Total: 10\/20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Munchies Gold\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/keira-sesay-ceramic-alternatives-taste-860033734.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a31.35, 94g\u00a0&#8211; Sainsbury&#x27;s<\/li>\n<li>Price per 100g:\u00a0\u00a31.44<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This may be the closest thing on the market to finding a dupe as the chewable chocolates are made with real Caramac.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, I don\u2019t think the Caramac actually pulls through in this case.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The biscuits and Caramel inside each munchie is the most predominant flavour so you don\u2019t really get that taste of Caramac.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>These might taste a little better if you store them in the fridge that way the chocolate takes a little longer to melt in your mouth.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taste: 5\/10<\/li>\n<li>Caramac similarity: 6\/10<\/li>\n<li>Total: 11\/20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#x27;re still looking to get a hold of the Caramac bar before it&#x27;s all gone we&#x27;ve put together a list of stores that are selling it. <\/p>\n<p>We&#x27;ve also tested supermarket Milky Way dupes &#8211; one is good you&#x27;ll never taste the difference.<\/p>\n<p>Plus we tested supermarket&#x27;s own milk chocolate and a 36p bar is better than Cadbury Dairy Milk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have a money problem that needs sorting?
