CBBC and Disney actress Bethan Wright has revealed she is pregnant with her first child more than seven years after appearing on a hit kids show. <\/p>\n

Bethan, who shot to fame as a teen on hit series Dixi back in 2014, shared the happy news<\/span> with her fans on Tuesday.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

The actress and husband Sean Havens, who have relocated to Las Vegas, posted a hilarious snap<\/span> of her with her head down the toilet as a the dad-to-be stood behind holding up their baby scan photos.<\/p>\n

He captioned the announcement post: "HUGE NEWS. It is with great excitement that we get to finally announce to everyone that my beautiful wife, Beth, is pregnant with our first baby.<\/p>\n

"I can\u2019t believe that I\u2019m gonna get the honour of being a daddy to a precious little being. <\/p>\n

"We\u2019ve dreamt of these times and I\u2019ve dreamt of being a dad so that I could pour every ounce of my love into a gorgeous little soul, and it\u2019ll be a bonus to have somebody to laugh at my dad jokes because they don\u2019t realise how cheesy they are yet (like everybody else lmao)."<\/p>\n

He continued: "We can\u2019t wait to meet you little one, you don\u2019t even know yet how many people are going to love you and treasure you.<\/p>\n

"I promise to be the best daddy I could be, I promise to feed you lots of delicious Italian food, your mummy promises to make you tons of proper British tea and I promise to always make you laugh.<\/p>\n

"You\u2019re already loved BEYOND measure."<\/p>\n

Bethan first rose to fame when she joined the cast of hugely popular interactive CBBC series Dixi. <\/p>\n

On the show, Bethan played schoolgirl Chloe<\/span>, one the lead characters throughout the show\u2019s five series run. <\/p>\n

Bridgerton actress Claudia Jessie also starred in the show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bethan then left the show in 2016 after she was cast as one of the leads in Disney\u2019s The Lodge.<\/p>\n

She appeared as mean girl Danielle Clark throughout the show\u2019s two seasons. <\/p>\n

Other cast members included Bridgerton hunk Luke Newton and Hollywood actress and music star Dove Cameron.\u00a0<\/p>\n
