Teresa was seen shaking her head as the camera cut to her link, as Ben said: "You’re shaking your head Teresa, you can’t believe it either."

The expert then responded: "No I’m shaking my head because I’ve got dystonia so don’t worry," as a mortified Ben quickly apologised, to which she insisted: "No, no, no that’s alright. I’m quite open about it but people think I disagree with them."

At the end of the segment, Ben referred back to the awkward moment as he apologised to Teresa for his mistake once again, thanking her for her for her time as he added: "Apologies again for my mistake at the beginning of our conversation."

Teresa brushed off the apology as she told Ben: "I always say it now because people think I’m disagreeing with them."

Ben then said to Teresa that he had "learnt something for the future" as he said goodbye to the retail analyst on the show.
