A FORMER Towie star has revealed a huge new career move after quitting Essex for Los Angeles. <\/p>\n

Liam 'Gatsby' Blackwell left The Only Way Is Essex last year to start a new life in the US. <\/p>\n

This week the 35-year-old launched his new property business stateside and told fans it's "only the start". <\/p>\n

"Sharing a snap of the Gatsby Estates logo, Liam wrote: "When I arrived 6 months ago I didn\u2019t even know where to start or begin. <\/p>\n

"Today I\u2019m launching my own real estate company @gatsby_estates with the office being in the heart of Beverly Hills. With the guidance of a great mentor and other amazing people who have been in my life since my new journey began, I\u2019ve been able to make this exciting opportunity happen and to whom I\u2019m extremely grateful! <\/p>\n

"This is only the start with a long and difficult journey ahead but I\u2019m gonna give it a right good go!"<\/p>\n

Reflecting on his time on Towie and the decision to leave, Liam previously told The Sun: "It\u2019s been the best experience of my life and I\u2019ve had so much fun but I\u2019ve done all that now.<\/p>\n
