In honor of their anniversary, Allen shared the throwback photo to her Instagram with the caption reading, &ldquo;3 years with this guy, 2nd best decision I ever made. 1st was that dress.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Cw5sdGCJyF8\/<\/p>\n<p>A post shared by Lily Allen (@lilyallen)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn the photo, we see Allen smiling from ear to ear as she looks at Harbour, both of whom are impeccably dressed. While the Stranger Things star rocks a sleek navy suit, Allen channels all the 1950s vibes with this knee-length, black-buttoned bridal dress and veil.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWe agree with her that the dress was one of the best decisions she ever made, because she was legit glowing on their wedding day! And this cheeky post truly shows their adorable dynamic, and that it hasn&rsquo;t changed years later!<\/p>\n<p>\nDating rumors started to surround the two in early 2019, which they later confirmed in Oct 2019. On Sept. 7, 2020, they eloped in Las Vegas, with an Elvis Presley impersonator and a meal at In-N-Out after!<\/p>\n<p>\nHarbour is stepfather to Allen&rsquo;s daughters Ethel, 11, and Marnie, 10.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn a rare interview with People soon after they wed, Harbour said he &ldquo;married a beautiful, incredible woman who I love. I have never met someone who is so deeply kind as her. I&rsquo;ve never felt so taken care of and cared for by another human being.
