The Countdown queen highlighted her tiny waist in the nude dress and she rocked a pair of platform heels. <\/p>\n

Carol, 62, stood beside a palm tree in her perfectly manicured garden as she excitedly revealed that she is launching a new book to complement her Perfect 10 podcast.<\/p>\n

She wore her blonde hair in natural waves and framed her eyes with smokey eyeshadow. <\/p>\n

The long-sleeved dress was incredibly flattering and allowed her to proudly showcase the results of her hard work in the gym.<\/p>\n

Katie Piper wrote: "My mind of shoes," and Carol replied: "they have a built in gel and are honestly the most comfortable heeled shoes EVER."<\/p>\n
