Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have broken up just months after having their baby son Roman.<\/p>\n
The 29-year-old has also filed for full physical custody of their child, with the 83-year-old having \u2018reasonable visitation rights\u2019, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast.<\/p>\n
Noor is also seeking joint legal custody with the Scarface star, which allows him to be involved in major decisions such as schooling.<\/p>\n
The Godfather actor\u00a0welcomed his fourth child\u00a0\u2013 and first with Noor \u2013 on June 6, with Roman being born at Cedar\u2019s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
A representative for Al confirmed the news in a statement to the\u00a0Mail Online, writing: \u2018I am confirming that Al Pacino and Noor Aldallah have welcomed a son, named Roman Pacino.\u2019<\/p>\n
News had broken in May the Heat actor was set to become a father again in his eighties when his then-girlfriend was eight months pregnant.<\/p>\n

He was congratulated by Robert De Niro<\/strong>, 80, who recently welcomed his seventh child\u00a0with girlfriend Tiffany Chen, who said it feels \u2018great\u2019 being an older dad.<\/p>\n Robert continued: \u2018It feels great. I have certain awareness. When you\u2019re older, you have awareness of certain things in life, dynamics and family dynamics. You can\u2019t avoid learning certain things \u2013 how you can deal with those, manage them\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n Al also spoke out about the baby news, saying it felt \u2018really special\u2019 to be becoming\u00a0a father again in his eighties.<\/p>\n He told the Mail: \u2018It\u2019s very special, you know.<\/p>\n \u2018I\u2019ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.\u2019<\/p>\n Oscar winner Al is already dad to Julie, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant, and to twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with Beverly D\u2019Angelo.<\/p>\n It is Noor\u2019s first child, with the star previously dating Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger, 80, and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen, 61.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
