<\/p>\nHOLLY Willoughby looked incredible as she posed in a polka dot dress for her big This Morning return today.<\/p>\n
The TV presenter, 42, is back from her\u00a0annual break from the show\u00a0 to front the\u00a0ITV\u00a0programme today after seven-weeks away. <\/p>\n

Taking to her Instagram account to show off her outfit, Holly looked chic in a navy and white \u00a3130 Pure Collection maxi dress.<\/p>\n
She teamed her look with a cream belt around the waist and a pair of strappy white heels. <\/p>\n
The host looked in good spirits as she smiled from her dressing room backstage.<\/p>\n
Holly captioned it: "And just like that\u2026 it\u2019s back to school\u2026 can\u2019t wait to see you!!!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her fans were delighted with the picture and raced to share their support for Holly ahead of her big ITV return.<\/p>\n

Another commented: "Can\u2019t wait until you are back on TM \u2026 you are the highlight of my day in what is such a dreary life."<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n A third agreed and said: "Can\u2019t wait to see you back on This Morning."<\/p>\n It comes after ITV bosses have decided to put\u00a0Holly at the heart of This Morning\u00a0following the dramatic departure of her co-star\u00a0Phillip Schofield.<\/p>\n In a trailer for the channel's new daytime schedule,\u00a0Holly\u00a0can be seen smiling for the cameras before she takes to the famous\u00a0This Morning\u00a0sofa.<\/p>\n ITV insiders say the choice of showing her by herself is a clear message that she is "Queen Bee".<\/p>\n They told The Mail on Sunday: "Holly is the\u00a0future\u00a0and ITV wanted to make that clear. It's a sure sign that she is at the helm and the other presenters will join her.<\/p>\n "It's a brand new start for This Morning, the scandal could have destroyed it but it has managed to keep going. There is a lot of excitement."<\/p>\n Holly's\u00a0summer\u00a0break comes just months after her long-time co-host and best friend\u00a0Phillip departed the show.<\/p>\n Phil's initial reason for leaving was to avoid constant rumours about falling out with Holly, but it was later revealed that he had had an\u00a0affair with a much younger male colleague.<\/p>\n Holly returned to This Morning today as lead host from Monday to Thursday, alongside show favourite\u00a0Alison Hammond.<\/p>\n Alison will resume her role of hosting alongside\u00a0Dermot O'Leary\u00a0in their usual Friday slot.<\/p>\n It was reported that the broadcaster has signed a new contract with a higher pay packet that would\u00a0see her salary boosted significantly\u00a0from \u00a3700,000 to closer to \u00a31million.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/jb-hollyreturn-comp.jpg\")
