On Friday’s Lorraine, ITV host Lorraine Kelly spoke with Noel Fitzpatrick about his new book, which he has dedicated to his dog, Keira. The Supervet star’s “best friend” sadly passed away earlier this year, and during the interview, Noel admitted he “wakes up crying every day” over the death of his beloved pet.

“The truth is I couldn’t cope,” Noel told the host as he recalled trying to train for the London Marathon while grieving for Keira.

The star proceeded to break down in tears as he spoke about losing his dog.

Viewers quickly took to social media, with many admitting to shedding a tear during the segment.

Lauren penned: “Actually crying watching Noel Fitzpatrick on #Lorraine we lost our 13-year-old Layla 11 months ago and it never stops hurting.” (sic)

Joanne wrote: “Noel Fitzpatrick has me in tears. All my love to him.”

While Sue said: “Aww poor noel.”

Nikki tweeted: “Watching Lorraine and I’m tearful over the Supervet crying over his dog. Awwww bless him. (sic)
