Apple TV+ has unveiled the first trailer for The Me You Can’t See which was created by Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex. The series times to offer a glimpse into the diverse stories of mental health and emotional well-being in the new documentary series, premiering this Friday, May 21 on Apple TV+.
In the trailer, Prince Harry can be heard reflecting on his own mental health as video clips of him walking behind his mother’s coffin are shown.
At one point, he can be seen holding his hand to his mouth as he looks off camera visibly upset.
The Duke of Sussex can be heard saying: “To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness.
“In today’s world, more than ever it is a sign of strength.”
Oprah is also heard asking the royal: “All over the world people are in some kind of mental, psychological, emotional pain.”
“What words have you heard around mental health? Crazy?” Harry replies.
Oprah answers: “Lost it, can’t keep it together.
“With that stigma of being labelled the other, the telling of a story, being able to say it, this is what happened to me, is crucial.”
