Katie Price's rarely seen sister Sophie admits she doesn't tell anyone they're related after being bullied at school

KATIE Price's rarely seen younger sister Sophie has admitted she doesn't tell anyone they're related after she was bullied at school.

The sisters spoke on Good Morning Britain on Monday about their new business, while revealing their very different lives behind closed doors.

While former Page 3 model Katie, 43, has played out much of her life in the public eye, things have been kept more private for Sophie, 31.

But despite thier differences, the sisters have decided to join forces for a new business venture – a range of baby clothing and accessories.

Sitting side-by-side on the breakfast show, the sisters took time to spill the beans on their relationship – with Sophie revealing she keeps it quiet.

"To be honest, I don't really tell a lot of people," Sophie explained of her relationship to Katie to hosts Susanna Reid and Alastair Campbell.

"She doesn't!" mother-of-five Katie chimed in, before her sister continued: "Not that there's anything wrong with her! I'm just private."

"People just sort of tend to find out themselves," Sophie clarified, as presenter Susanna, 50, joked that the sisters could not be more different.

Katie explained that her family often take a back seat due to the "backlash" they face due to her fame and her presence in the media.

"They take the backlash of it," she added. "My family, if they see a headline or anythign like that because we're all so close, they get the backlash."

Sophie went on to say that during her teenage years, she would get called "nasty names" at school after appearing in the public eye with Katie.

"She's been seen in the public eye since I was about six," she added, as Katie chimed in that it lead to her sister "getting aggro at school".

"Girls just saying nasty things, but when you're liek teenagers you know what girls can be like but now it's fine," Sophie opened up.

Later in the interview, Susanna coudln't help but sit open-mouthed at how different the pair are – with Sophie insisting she is the "natural" one.

"God, you are liek chalk and cheese, aren't you?" the TV host said, to which Katie jibed that her sister was thr "geek" but "naturally beautiful".

Katie and Sophie share the same mum, Amy Price, but have different dads, with Katie's birth father Ray leaving the family when the star was just four.

Amy married Paul Price in 1988, giving birth to Sophie, and the siblings also share a rarely-seen older brother Daniel, 46.

Sophie and Katie co-own their baby clothing company, Little Pricey, which they launched on Good Morning Britain.

The mother-of-one also has a following on social media – with 60,000 fans – who she treats to parenting and lifestyle photo collections.

It comes days after Katie was spotted wearing her "stolen" £50,000 engagement ring at a make-up masterclass.

The star spent much of the event with the sleeve of her jumper over her left hand, but when it lifted her diamond was revealed.

The jewellery had allegedly been stolen when she was reportedly attacked in her home last month in an "unprovoked 1.30am attack".

TRAUMATIC ATTACK

Just last week, the former glamour flashed what looked like the same ring in a video from her Turkey holiday.

An eagle-eyed fan told The Sun at the time: “I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it on her left hand – it looks exactly like the ring that was stolen from her."

Talking exclusively to The Sun after the alleged attack, Katie said: “I’ve got a big bruise, my face is all puffy and I went to hospital. I’m still all dazed.

“I’m devastated. I’ve told the police that I was assaulted and am in shock that this happened.”

Essex Police said: “We were called by colleagues in the ambulance service to reports of an assault shortly after 1.30am.

“We found a woman had sustained a facial injury which required hospital treatment. A man was arrested a short time later on suspicion of assault.”

The suspect has been re-bailed until the end of the month.

Katie hosted the make-up masterclass events across the UK at the weekend, and even proudly posed with a fan who had a tattoo tribute to her alter ego Jordan.

It came after she and Carl took a short trip to Turkey last week, with Katie hoping to "clear her head" after the alleged attack.
