Jon Gosselin reveals he's releasing his first hip-hop album- and will tell all about his 'story' amid feud with ex Kate

JON Gosselin revealed he is ready to release his first hip-hop album, and will tell all about his "story" through his music.

The former TV star's news comes as he continues to feud with his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, more than 10 years after their split.

While appearing on the Dr. Oz show, the 44-year-old touched on many different subjects, including the next step he is taking in his music career.

Jon, who promotes his work as a DJ on social media, said: "We've been working on this for about five years.

"Everybody wanted me to write a book, so I was like, 'Okay, I'll write a book.' But I'm not like a 'book person.' But what if I did- I've been deejaying for so long- what if I lyric-sized the book?"

"So the album is about your story?" Dr. Oz asked, to which Jon replied, "Yeah, it's like an R&B, hip-hop mix."

Jon has not been shy when it comes to promoting his music career, taking to Instagram to talk about his gigs.

However, through it all he is still battling his baby mama in quite the vicious split aftermath.

Jon and Kate, 46, ended their marriage in 2009 and share eight kids.

The exes have even put some distance between them, as back in March the mom of eight packed up and headed to North Carolina while Jon, who previously visited their old home, stayed in Pennsylvania.

A source told HollywoodLife at the time: “Kate picked up and moved the kids down to North Carolina to spend their junior and senior years there with a totally new life.”

Four of the former pair's eight kids made the move with Kate, including 16-year-old sextuplets – Aaden, Joel, Alexis, and Leah.

Kids Collin and Hannah currently live with Jon in Pennsylvania.

Meanwhile, Mady and her 21-year-old twin sister Cara are at college.

Mady, a Kate Plus 8 alum, has been open about her family life at times, especially on TikTok where she shares various videos and updates fans.

Earlier this year, the ex reality star said she was "incapable of love."

In a clip she sat in front of twinkle lights in her room and said this is “how I think people perceive me,” before mouthing the words from the movie: “I’m an agreeable skeptic who’s agreeable yet flamboyant.”

Of how she perceives herself, she mouthed: “I’m an irritable wallflower who’s dangerously curious.”

She then wrote: “The secret personality I think Im hiding from even myself that causes me to take advantage of people and be incapable of love.

“And it will only be a matter of time before my friends and family find out and leave me.”

Mady also once claimed she has received death threats from trolls.
