Hollyoaks fans believe they have worked out John Paul will die in a fatal explosion after they spotted his watch in the rubble.
Earlier on in the week, the dramatic soap dropped the intense teaser for the explosive special which was filled with a number of hints.
Since then, viewers have been on the edge of their seats as they desperately lookout for vital clues that could tell them which characters will be caught up in the deadly explosion.
And during Friday’s instalment of the popular Channel 4 soap, fans believe they have spotted one of the loveable characters who will be killed in the hour-long special next week.
Throughout the episode, viewers followed the last 24 hours that lead up to the destructive accident at the fundraising event to celebrate Dee Valley Heroes at the Salon De The.
But one thing eagle-eyed viewers spotted could put John Paul right at the heart of the explosion after they noticed one of his treasured items in amongst the rubble of the building.
During the countdown, John Paul noticed he was running late for one of his lessons at Hollyoaks High after he looked at the time on his watch. One of the items seen in the which was a vintage watch which was seen handed down to John Paul from his grandfather
