Gogglebox will return to screens on Friday 26 February, it has been reported.

According to Mirror Online, the TV programme will air on Channel 4 and will attempt to bring some entertainment amid the third national lockdown in the UK.

While it's said filming for season 17 has been underway inside the homes of people in the country, the line-up for the fan-favourite show has been kept under wraps.

OK! online has approached Gogglebox representatives for further comment.

It comes as Sophie Sandiford recently shocked fans as she looked completely unrecognisable while working hard at her real life job in a photo posted on her social media.
