Good Morning Britain viewers were left watching awkward scenes during today's instalment, Wednesday 14 December, as presenters Kate Garraway and Moneysaving Expert Martin Lewis clashed on the show.
The co-hosts struggled to get on the same page during a debate on rail strikes, which is a subject causing plenty of rows up and down the country at the moment.
As Brits attempt to prepare for Christmas, Royal Mail employees and National Rail workers in particular are refusing to cooperate, causing complete chaos for many.
Kate, 55, and Martin, 50, were joined by The Mirror editor Kevin Maguire and Andrew Pierce for the discussion, but things quickly turned tense for the group.
And at one point, Kate attempted to stop her co-host from interrupting her as the Moneysaving Expert was eager to share his knowledge.
"Sorry Martin … I haven't even got to the point yet," mum-of-two Kate insisted, as viewers quickly took to Twitter to comment on how frustrated the presenter seemed.
"There seems to be some tension between Kate and Martin this morning," one observed.
Another fan commented: "Watching @MartinSLewis cutting over @kategarraway is a little bit awkward. #GMB."
"@GMB OMG how often is @MartinSLewis going to keep interrupting @kategarraway #bring back @edballs please," a third said.
During another segment on the programme, things also turned awkward between the pair as they also discussed rising inflation rates in the UK.
While Martin tried his best to explain the numbers to his co-host, Kate seemed to be struggling once more to get on board with his methods.
"I think the more important thing to think about, is even though the rate has come down, from October to November, just in one month alone, we still saw prices on average going up from 0.4 per cent," the expert finished.
Taken-aback, Kate attempted to move on from the tough conversation. "Right. Oh gosh, ok," she raised her eyebrows with a sigh.
"Hope we got there, hope it makes sense?" Martin pressed.
"No no, you make it very very clear Martin, we do understand," the presenter managed to agree. "We're all just looking at numbers trying to work out what it means for us aren't we.
"And thank you for unpicking it," Kate added.
Martin usually presents the show alongside Susanna Reid, while Kate hosts with her long-time coworker Ben Shephard, who was labelled "rude" earlier this month for cutting her off during another tense discussion on the show about the World Cup.
