Gaz Beadle's wife Emma forced to stay in hospital another night and misses her kids 'like crazy' after 'losing blood'

GAZ Beadle's wife Emma McVey was forced to stay in hospital for another night as she shared a selfie from her bed after "losing lots of blood".

The mum-of-two admitted that she was missing her kids "like crazy" as she reflected on the hospital stay as one of the "hardest things" her family has had to do.

She also compared herself to a zombie from TV show The Walking Dead as she posted the new photo to her Instagram page.

In the snap, Emma is hooked up to a drip while wearing pretty pink pyjamas.

She looks unimpressed as she poses make-up free, her long dark hair tied into a messy ponytail to keep it away from her face.

She captioned the photo: "I’ve been wondering why I’ve been looking like something from The Walking Dead recently, check out them black eyes 😩 feeling a little bit better today, losing less blood but not allowed to leave yet 😢

"Missing my little family like crazy, one of the hardest things we’ve had to do but we are getting through it 🥰 Gary you’re doing amazing, my dad and everyone who’s helping out at home too ❤️ thank you all for the lovely messages x"

Emma revealed that she'd been rushed to hospital yesterday, explaining at the time: "I'm losing a lot of blood, nutrients, and weight unintentionally, which is making me really poorly. I just need to stay in hospital on a drip, have steroids, and get nutrients in me.

"Once my body starts responding I'll be allowed home with medications but probably not until next week so I'll most likely be quiet on here."

Back in June, Emma told fans that she needs open heart surgery after doctors found three holes in her heart.

She explained at the time: "I have three large holes in my heart and damaged tissue which is causing my blood to pass through the wrong direction, the right side of my heart is now enlarged and weak, along with high blood pressure in my lungs.

"This has all got a lot worse as they should of been closed when I was a child, unfortunately no one checked my heart even when I had seizures and diagnosed with epilepsy or fainted like it was a hobby 🙃"

Emma said doctors were surprised she survived the birth of her second child, and it could have easily been a different outcome if she didn't have a cesarean.

Emma gave birth to little Primrose prematurely in December 2019.

She and Gaz first started dating in August 2016 and became parents for the first time, to son Chester, in January 2018.

Gaz has been looking after the kids solo while Emma is in hospital, and she later shared a sweet video of Chester picking a flower "to give to mummy" with fans.

Reposting Emma's health update to his own Story, Gaz wrote: "It's killing us we can't visit, me and the kids will miss you so much.

"You just get better and home to us as soon as possible. PS Don't worry about a thing at home, I got this."
