This weekend marks 25 years since Friends first aired on our television screens on September 22, 1994.
And to celebrate, stars of the show have been getting nostalgic – with Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc sharing throwback photos on social media.
Now the official Friends Instagram account has jumped on board, giving fans some brilliant anniversary content.
The most recent post features Cole Sprouse, who played Ben, Ross and Carol's son on the show – and fans can't get over how grown up he looks now.
For the show's birthday, Sprouse, who is currently starring as Jughead in Riverdale, posed on the iconic orange sofa from Central Perk next to Hugsy, Joey's toy penguin.
The photo was captioned: "The One Where Ben Grew Up."
As well as this, the page then posted several photos of Sprouse on the show alongside the likes of David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston.
So far the post has accumulated over 1,265,937 likes and thousands of comments, with many fans going wild over the image.
One person commented: "Ben grew up a hottie!"
Another said: "THIS IS SO CUTE."
A third added: "Best post ever, I literally wanna cry."
"I could not love this more," wrote someone else.
Sprouse, who is now 27, played Ben with his twin brother Dylan when they were just seven-years-old.
He previously confessed that it was a challenging role for him as he was in love with Jennifer Aniston at the time and he found it tough to be around her.
Speaking to the New York Post, he said: "I had a really, really hard time working with Aniston because I was so in love with her. I was infatuated.
"I was speechless – I'd get all bubbly and forget my lines and completely blank. It was so difficult."
