Emmerdales Rosie Bentham looks worlds away from Gabby Thomas in holiday snaps

Emmerdale star Rosie Bentham looked worlds away from her character Gabby Thomas as she shared a collection of holiday snaps.

Taking to Instagram, the bikini-clad soap star, 20, posted photos from a visit to the picturesque Adonis Baths Waterfalls in Cyprus.

In the snaps, Rosie looked radiant as she went makeup-free and wore her brunette locks loose in a relaxed hairdo.

For one photo, the actress posed in the crystal clear water while another saw her climbing a tree that overlooked the stunning view.

Rosie captioned the photos with: "Very own drowned Tarzan."

To which her co-star Daisy Campbell, who plays Amelia Spencer, sweetly commented: "So beautiful."

A different fan joked: "Just keep Meena away from that bridge lol."

Another follower wrote: "Hope your having a great time."

While a different account added: "Looks lovely, enjoy."

Daisy also posted a picture of herself and Rosie to her Instagram Story, captioned: "Bestie bestie."

Only recently on Emmerdale, Gabby accidentally shot Will Taylor during the ITV soap's special flash forward week of episodes.

In recent episodes, Gabby has been paranoid that "dead" ex Jamie Tate is back and is after their son, Thomas, after she overheard his daughter Millie sharing a "secret" message to her baby brother from their dad.

Rosie has been acting since she was a child and while Emmerdale is her first major credit, she has also played parts in smaller stage productions.

While learning to act, she played roles in local productions of Oklahoma, Fiddler on the Roof, Sound of Music and Annie.

Rosie has played a part in Emmerdale since she took over from Annelise Manojlovic, who had played Gabby since birth.

Gabby was a member of The Television Workshop in Nottingham when they were contacted about putting forward students to audition.

When Rosie first started acting professionally, her parents would act as her chaperones on set.

Tragically, her father John died suddenly on 6 August 2019 from a pulmonary embolism.
