Emmerdale’s Rishi dead at bottom of the stairs
Emmerdale viewers are convinced that a serious plot twist is looming after newcomer Amit Sharma attacked Nicky Milligan following his secret about Rishi’s murder.
Earlier this month, Amit (Anil Goutam) arrived in Emmerdale village to spend more quality time with his sons Suni (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) and Jai (Chris Bisson).
However, Suni was informed of a huge bombshell that Amit was there when his brother Rishi died, who has supposedly died from an “accidental fall” down the stairs.
Suni then opened up to love interest Nicky Milligan about his father’s secret, leading to Nicky confronting Amit on Thursday evening.
“Is there a dead Rishi in there? Oh, I know… it was an accident! You were the last person to see him alive, weren’t you? And then you have your big argument, and suddenly, he falls down the stairs and dies? Just a big coincidence, I guess!” Nicky asked.

This led to Amit punching Nicky in the face, prompting Nicky to create a story that Amit was a “bigot.”
ITV viewers are now thinking that Amit could murder Nicky in order to keep his shocking secret safe.
One person posted on X, formally known as Twitter, saying: “Amit could turn out to be the next big villain or serial killer as time goes on #Emmerdale.”
Another person chimed in: “Amit the next serial killer #emmerdale.”
A third typed: “Amit from #Emmerdale is the next Uncle Stephen!” in reference to Coronation Street killer Stephen Reid.

A fourth penned: “Make Amit a serial killer and make Nicky his victim #Emmerdale.”
Another Emmerdale fan wrote: “They should really do a flashback episode to the day Rishi died so we can see exactly what happened… Not believing Amit at all #Emmerdale.”
Someone else commented: “I’m already loving Amit! But we better keep Nicky safe!”
