EastEnders Gray prison twist exposed as Chelsea plans to get killer sent to jail

EastEnders favourite Chelsea Atkins (Zaraah Abrahams) has vowed to make sure her new husband Gray Atkins (Toby Alexander-Smith) will get punished for murdering his former wife Chantelle.

Chelsea recently found her life in danger as her waters broke at 24 weeks during a row with Gray.

The young woman was rushed to hospital in dramatic scenes and later give birth to a baby boy, which the new parents named Jordan.

Chelsea and Gray agreed to forget about their issues and he supported her as she welcomed their premature newborn son.

The newborn was later taken away for treatment and the couple apologised to each other with Chelsea’s sole focus being on her son.

During Tuesday edition of the BBC One soap, Kim Fox-Hubbard (Tameka Empson) visited Chelsea in hospital and blamed Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) for causing Chelsea so much stress on Christmas.

Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) told Whitney that they have to let Gray think he’s in control.

She later visited Chelsea who assured her that once she’s home she’ll make sure Gray is behind bars for good once Jordan is out of the woods.

Chelsea has been desperate to get away from Gray ever since she found out about his killer past during their Christmas Day wedding.

Whitney told Chelsea that Gray murdered his late wife Chantelle in dramatic scenes.

After finding out Gray was a killer, Chelsea looked herself in her room but Gray managed to talk her around and the pair ended up tying the knot.

Whitney later sent Chelsea screengrabs from Chantelle's messages posted on a domestic violence forum posts.

As she read them, the reality finally hit Chelsea that she needed to get away from her husband.

After playing happy families with Gray, she finally made her escape.

With Mitch Baker as her cab driver, Chelsea thought she was finally able to get away from Walford.

However, unbeknownst to Chelsea, Gray cottoned onto her escape plan and called Mitch to turn the cab around.

Chelsea later woke up as the car pulled back in to Albert Square, now terrified for her life.
