Danny Dyer left little to the imagination while revealing details about his health condition and admitted he may require surgery to have fluid removed from his testicles.
The 45-year-old actor rose to fame during his stint on EastEnders where he spent years playing the role of Mick Carter before his exit in 2022.
During a recent interview, he got candid about his testicles and explained he was born with a condition that caused a buildup of fluid in that area.
Danny shared that he could need surgery to rid his body of the swelling that was caused due to a condition named hydrocele.
He explained his issue to Kathy Burke on her podcast When There’s A Will There’s A Wake, sharing that his manhood closely resembled ‘a f*****g slug on an apple’.
The star went on to share graphic details about his condition, saying: ‘It’s called a hydro-cell and I’ve already had an ultrascan on it back in the day, and it’s worrying me, it’s a f**king big bullock.
‘It’s a hydro-cell, you’re born with it. So when I started puberty, my bollocks started fucking getting bigger.
‘I went to have it ultra-sounded which was weird, and they said obviously it’s cosmetic surgery if you want to have it done (…) obviously I’m very attached to it, cause it’s attached to me.’
He continued outlining: ‘But on some days, you look down and it does look like a little human head with wispy hair on the top. It’s just something I do feel I probably should f**cking get it done.’
Elsewhere in the conversation, Danny opened up about what it was like to watch his daughter Dani, 26, appear on the ITV reality dating show Love Island.
He admitted: ‘I never watched Love Island before and the first one I f****** watched, my kid was in it. (…) I didn’t want her to do it, we had a little row over it because she wanted to be an actor and I was going, “babe, listen, f****ing hell”, and then off she went.
‘I sat back and watched it, me and my Mrs., sobbing me heart out every night. I’m very emotional man, a very sensitive soul.
‘So watching her, she was unbelievable in it. She couldn’t put a foot wrong, she won it from day two. It makes me proud that she come out of my bollocks, Kath.’
When There’s A Will There’s A Wake is available to listen to on all podcast platforms.
