A Place in the Sun's Jasmine Harman bursts into tears as buyer breaks down over property bombshell | The Sun

JASMINE Harman was left in tears following an emotional property search on A Place in the Sun.

Herself and property searcher Tracey were both overcome after Tracey's dreams became a reality when her offer on a property was accepted.

47 year old Jasmine had been showing Tracey, a semi-retired children's nurse, and her best friend Jackie around five properties on Spain's Costa del Sol.

With a budget of £140,000, the trio set off in search for the perfect place.

During the search, Tracey fell head over heels for a stunning three-bedroom duplex apartment – on the market for £151,695, over her budget.

However, she was left completely in awe of the home and even went to visit it a second time before she and Jackie sat back down with Jasmine to discuss what to do next.

When asked how she felt about the house the second time around, Tracey remarked: "Wonderful, it got even better from room to room."

As Tracey confirmed her plans to put an offer in, Jasmine said: "So, it's on the market for just over £151,500. Have you got an idea of what you'd like to offer?"

"I think there's going to be a few bits and pieces that need doing, so I would actually like to offer £140,000," Tracey replied.

Sadly, the offer was rejected however the owners did say it could be hers for £146,000.
