James Argent allegedly has no money left after experiencing a very difficult year.
The Only Way Is Essex star spent 12 months in and out of rehab due to his drug addiction and in May he revealed he had suffered two near-fatal overdoses at home.
Documents filed to Companies House show James Argent Ltd has "zero cash in the bank" for 2020, compared to £63,867 last year.
According to The Sun, the company made a loss of just under £24,000 as Arg’s earnings were hit by his personal problems as well as the coronavirus pandemic.
The ex-boyfriend of Gemma Collins previously admitted his addiction problems often led to him missing work as they caused psychosis and paranoia – and his cocaine binges put people off hiring him.
However, in recent weeks the reality TV star has been pictured working out and appears determined to shed the pounds and get his life back on track following his turbulent year.
Last month, Arg got emotional as he discussed his past cocaine addiction in an emotional interview with his mother Patricia on Loose Women.
Talking from his back garden in Essex, James emotionally admitted that he "hated everything" about himself and was the "biggest" he had ever been at 23.5 stone at the height of his addiction.
The reality star broke down in tears as he listened to his mum discuss his past battle and said the best way he can "make amends" is by "staying clean and sober".
James said: "I was the biggest I'd ever been, 23 and a half stone, I hated everything about myself, all time low.
"I remember around that period, I was using drugs for like two or three days straight in my house, I had locked myself in and it was pitch black in the house."
He continued: "I feel this time, after going to Thailand to work on myself for a few months, this time I really believe in my heart of hearts, this is the time I'm going to stay clean and sober forever.
"I believe that I felt I could discuss it and be accountable. I felt it was worst kept secret, stories throughout the years… during breaks for TOWIE it was known but I never spoke about it."
