Sylvester Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage.
The legendary Rocky actor, 76, had been married to former model Jennifer, 54, since 1997 before their recent split.
However, Jennifer has now handed him the divorce papers and accused the Hollywood star of shifting assets from their shared marital funds, it has been reported.
Jennifer filed for divorce in Florida on Friday (August 19), according to TMZ.
She has allegedly requested for sole ownership over their plush Palm Beach home ahead of their divorce proceedings.
In divorce papers allegedly obtained by TMZ, Jennifer claimed her husband has been 'hiding assets'.
The papers read: "Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.
"Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favour.
"Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."
Before they tied the knot, Stallone and Flavin started dating back in 1988 at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California.
They share their three daughters, Sophia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
