The star shared a clip of Gorka gushing about the Countryfile presenter, adding a gif of hands clapping and the words: "Absolutely!!!! What he said!!!"

Helen has been having a difficult year after splitting up with her pro rugby player husband of eight years Richard Myers.

Richard has also just announced he will be having a baby with his new partner Stephanie Thirkill.

Gorka addressed Helen's difficult time on Saturday night (15 October.)

He said: "I know you have been having a difficult time and I know you've been made to feel like you're not beautiful or good enough, or anything, but if you don't believe in yourself, I believe in you.

"Everybody here believes in you.

"Your family.

"It doesn't matter how many times I say or the judges say it or anybody says it, it's only you [who] is the one that's going to make the change and the one who needs to believe in you because you are an amazing woman, very inspirational, an amazing mum and incredible dancer.

"So believe in you, please."

Helen's ex husband Richard announced that he was expecting another child with his new partner Stephanie on Instagram last week.

A friend of Richard's told The Sun that Stephanie and Richard are "thrilled" by the news and they think that Helen won't take to the news badly.

The friend added: “She is loving every second of Strictly Come Dancing, and is far too busy — and probably knackered — to be worrying about her ex.

“Accordingly, Richie didn’t think it would be a huge problem because they have both moved on with their lives.”

Stephanie has since asked people to “stop judging her”.

A friend of Stephanie's insisted that the mum-to-be feels like she’s being "painted as some sort of horrible person."

She added: “She has kept a dignified silence but is very upset by some of the social media comments that have made her out as some sort of marriage-wrecker when she is nothing of the sort."
