Stacey Solomon slammed by Kerry Katona over keeping son’s foreskin in box

Kerry Katona has addressed Stacey Solomon's peculiar confession that she keeps her son's foreskin in a box at home.

The Loose Women panellist made the strange revelation during last week's instalment of her BBC show Sort Your Life Out, in which the cleaning whizz helps people declutter.

Speaking to the camera, she laughed: "There are things in my house that if we were like, 'why don't we come and do this over at mine?' they'd be like, 'Stacey! How have you still got your son's foreskin in a box?'

"I keep some random, gross stuff because I cannot let it go, so I totally understand."

And while Kerry is a fan of Stacey's, she has some thoughts after the episode aired.

"I love you Stacey, but did we need to know that?!" the Atomic Kitten singer wrote in her new! magazine column.

"I really did not need to know about your kids' foreskins – and I don’t think they'll appreciate that when they grow up."

Mum of five Kerry added that she doesn't understand bodily keepsakes.

"I didn't keep anything of my kids' from when they were young – I don’t get the point of it," she admitted.

"I was there, I saw it all happen and I experienced the pain of it. I don't need an umbilical cord in a box to remember it."

Stacey told her Loose Women colleagues last year: "I've got umbilical cords and all sorts. I'm pretty sure I've got a foreskin somewhere."

As Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams started to giggle, she quickly added: "Listen, can I just say – of a baby. Jeez. Not an ex-boyfriend."

Kerry shares Molly and Lilly-Sue with Brian McFadden, Maxwell and Heidi with Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge – who she affectionately calls DJ – with George Kay.

And the star is following in pal Katie Price's footsteps by signing up to SAS Who Dares Wins after getting fit in lockdown.

Kerry's already filmed her scenes with Vicky Pattison and Ulrika Jonsson in October last year.

"After spending a lot of last year getting her fitness up she decided to take the plunge when approached by Channel 4," a telly insider explained.
