Prince Harry has opened up about his experience with therapy, admitting that though he doesn't think he "needs" therapy any more, he still wants it.
The Duke of Sussex appeared on the Armchair Expert podcast with actor Dax Shepard to discuss mental health, his time in the military and his experience in the Royal Family.
It comes as Harry has announced a docuseries with Oprah Winfrey that takes a closer look into mental health.
He discussed the difference between mental illness and the general upkeep of your mental wellbeing, suggesting it's good for everyone to talk about their problems in order to stay positive.
"When it comes to mental health, we need to realise and accept that every single one of us have mental health," Harry pointed out.
"There's degrees [of it] – you’ve got the mental illness, and then you've got the awareness and the work you can put in of where do you wanna be?"
He continued: "We shouldn’t just sit there and go 'Oh mental illness is once we are literally on the floor crawling around in the foetal position needing help'.
"But for me I don’t think i need therapy any more – but I want it," he explained.
The Duke of Sussex elaborated: "And when I say therapy, I mean actual therapy – sitting down and having a discussion with someone – but I also mean nature, going for walks, throwing the ball for my dog down the beach and stuff like that.
"There are certain things around the world that are free and some you have to pay for, but ultimately go searching for the things that make you feel good about yourself.
"That’s the key to life – get rid of the bad stuff, get rid of the hate, and just focus on the good and your whole life turns around from that," he advised.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Harry also compared his life in the Royal Family to the 1998 Jim Carrey film The Truman Show.
Host Dax said: "You’re in the tiniest in group of all time, there’s the whole country and then there’s you guys.
"You’re standing in one direction and the whole world is standing in another direction looking at you. I was likening it to The Truman Show – have you seen that movie?" he queried.

The Royal has always been candid about mental health, but especially so after his wife Meghan's assertion that she felt suicidal in their explosive Oprah interview earlier this year.
Spotify announced a multiyear exclusive license agreement with one of the world’s most listened-to and shared podcasts, the award-winning Armchair Expert podcast, co-hosted by actor, filmmaker and comedian Dax Shepard and Emmy-nominated producer and personality Monica Padman.
