Meghan and Harry are weeping sores the royals cant heal, says Karren Brady

The Apprentice star Karren Brady has shared her thoughts on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as new excerpts have been released from the unauthorised book Finding Freedom.

New revelations have been released, one of which claimed that some members of the Royal Family were "quietly pleased" Meghan missed Prince Philip's funeral earlier this year.

On top of that, the new chapter claims that the couple "wouldn't have survived financially" without Harry's inheritance from Diana, and he was "saddened" to have been refused permission to have a wreath laid in his name on Remembrance Sunday last year due to no longer being a front-line royal.

Writing in her column for the Sun, Karren hit out at the couple for their "double standards" as she questioned whether their next step would be to head into reality TV "like the Kardashians" to make their fortune.

She wrote: "And now this new chapter, airing all the perceived slights and supposed mistreatment, is totally tone-deaf given the unimaginable levels of privilege they enjoy.

"It is like a soap opera. They have become a problem that will not go away, a weeping sore the Royal Family cannot heal," before adding that there is always two sides to every story.

She added that Harry and Meghan's reactions of dissatisfaction to their treatment from the Royal Family, especially their interviews, "have been doing them no favours".

Karren asked: "They have already caused so much damage. Where will it stop? Will there be a reality TV show about their daily lives, like the Kardashians?

"Harry and Meghan appear to have created a new role for themselves as thorns in the Royal Family’s side."

Meanwhile, the book has also claimed that Meghan and Harry decided against naming the person in the Royal Family who questioned how dark their unborn son Archie's skin would be because it would "too damaging" for them.

They have clarified it wasn't Queen Elizabeth or her late husband Prince Philip, but have refused to give any more information about the family member.
