Fans have been left concerned for the wellbeing of Love Island star Shaughna Phillips after she was rushed out of the National Television Awards halfway through the evening.

The 28 year old blonde beauty had to be carried out of the event when she fainted on Thursday (13 October) evening.

The reality star looked stunning in a white lace catsuit that clung to her beautiful curves as she strutted down the catwalk.

A source told The Sun: "Shaughna said she was feeling unwell and then fainted. It was really worrying for everyone with her.

"She was taken care of and then she was sent back to her hotel.

"Shaughna was pretty upset by it all. It was a horrible thing to happen.

On Friday Shaughna took to her Instagram to update fans on her health.

She said: "I just want to put it out there that I wasn't drunk. I nearly fainted. I don't know what happened to me."

The star added: "I just had this absolute dodgy turn, and yeah, I had to take my shoes off and be helped out by my manager."

    "Now I'm in bed."

She beamed: "Just in case anyone did see and thought she's seen better days, correct. I wasn't drunk, thanks."

Shaughna shot to fame on ITV's winter Love Island.

The TV star recently launched her new wellness platform, Be You With Shaughna, where she aims to empower and encourage Brits to become more confident.

Despite her health scare, she still had a good evening, sharing a snap of herself on the red carpet captioned: 'Moments like this will always require a pinch to make sure I'm not dreaming!'

The health scare comes after Shaughna announced that she had tested positive for HPV back in May and went for a colonoscopy in July.

Shaughna posted on Twitter: "I tested positive for HPV and have had borderline changes to some cells that require further examination.

"I’m scared but that’s okay. Thank god for screening Ladies, book your smear."

Shaughna also admitted on her Instagram Story that she was "absolutely terrified" but that she was "so glad" she shared her smear test results.
