Kevin Hart has been discharged from Los Angeles Hospital, 10 days after his terrifying car crash.
The American actor, who was a passenger at the time, was involved in the near-fatal accident on Mulholland Highway, Malibu.
According to People magazine, the US star has left hospital and is heading to a rehab facility to help recover from his injuries.
The comedian had to undergo emergency surgery when his 1970s Plymouth Barracuda, driven by friend Jared Black at the time, careered through a wooden fence and ended up in a ditch, 10 feet away.
Jared's fiancée, personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman, was in the back seat at the time.
Rebecca luckily escaped with minor wounds, however Kevin and Jared sustained injuries, with Kevin fracturing his spine in three places.
The 40-year-old funnyman was immediately rushed into theatre, and TMZ reported Kevin is currently being "heavily medicated" to deal with the pain.

The police department have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash, and the investigation is still on going.
While Kevin has made a promising recovery, The Blast claimed he will be receiving "round the clock" medical attention to help him fully heal.
The publication also alleged Kevin will have a back brace fitted, and although he has made "great strides in his healing," The Blast reported he will be out of work for four months before he is fighting-fit and allowed back on set.
Kevin's wife, Eniko Parrish, told TMZ reporters outside the hospital last week that her husband is doing “great” and, despite his injuries, is expected to fully recover.
“He’s gonna be just fine. He’s good, everybody’s good. Thank god.”
She added: "He’s fine, he’s awake.”
