Katie Price admitted she was being "cruel" about her son Harvey as she made a comment about his weight while shopping in her latest YouTube video.
The mum-of-five, 41, said that her son Harvey, who is partially blind and has Prader Willis Syndrome, would struggle to get around shopping centres.
Cameras followed Katie in a department story in Horsham, West Sussex, and she was seen walking down a single-use escalator without her son.
She told viewers: "I'm not joking and I know this is really cruel saying this but I don't think Harvey would fit up this lift. They should do it wider."

As her pal off camera said: "Really?" Katie remarked: "He wouldn't!"
Harvey has also suffered from septo-optic dysplasia, which affects his growth.
And the mum-of-five previously told how Harvey has "smashed windows, eight iPads and TVs" whilst living under her roof.
It pushed her to get help for the first time and the 17-year-old now lives part time in residential care.
She appeared with her son on Victoria Derbyshire's ITV show earlier this year, and touching on the subject, she quizzed him on how many iPads and TVs he had smashed up.
Katie then said: "He knows, if he kicks off in the morning, the driver won't take him to school. He has sussed that.
"And he is missing out on his education because he just wants to be with me. But it is so hard. I haven't got respite. I do it all myself."
She added: "I'm really having to think about it but I hate it because he's my life.
"The kids can be scared as he's big so I have to think of him. I'm literally on my own as I don't talk to anyone about it, I'm lonely."
