Gemma Collins shared a video to Instagram of herself with her fiancé Rami Hawash, as they shared a kiss while enjoying an evening at home.

The reality star, 41, had donned a strapless white dress while smooching Rami, 48, who was seen without his eyepatch for the first time, just weeks after he suffered an accident at work.

Gemma also shared a video of herself getting a makeover in the grounds of her Essex pad.

"My makeup artist on a Saturday night," said Gemma , as she pointed the camera to her beautician.

Also in the video, Gemma danced with her friends and Rami.

It comes after he was left needing emergency surgery on his eye after he was involved in an incident at his mechanical repair business in Romford.

Gemma said that Rami had been suffering from "excruciating" pain following the procedure, as she discussed how she had been dividing her time between appearing on stage in Chicago and caring for him.

"We hope that he’s going to get the sight back in his eye, but I did reassure him that if he went blind or if he was going to lose his eye, that I’m still going to be with him because you don’t think about all those things," she told The Metro.

"As a man, he’s a good-looking man and he’s had a shocking accident and we still don’t know if he’s going to gain full sight in his eye, plus the eye has dropped down so it’s changed aesthetically.

"But I said don’t worry, I love him with an eye, without an eye, whether or not he gets his sight back. So there’s been a lot going on emotionally as well, but we make sure to support one another."

Gemma took a picture of Rami's eye following his surgery, which was swollen shut.

"It's been one hell of a week good to have Rami. home today (heart emoji)," she wrote. "It's been a very upsetting time for us scary worrying no sleep please Gd he will be ok." (sic).
