EastEnders actress Letitia Dean has wowed fans after dropping an incredible four dress sizes in just four months.
The soap star, who is well-known for playing Sharon Watts in the long-running BBC soap, has been following a new diet to help lose the weight.
Letitia, 54, returned to EastEnders earlier this year and was branded a "skinny Queen" by fans.
In just four months, Letitia went from 10st 4lbs to 8st 3lbs by switching up her diet and lifestyle.
Alongside a new workout regime, the actress reduced her calorie intake to just 1,300 in order to shed the pounds quickly.
She has revealed that she consumed "healthy food" such as pitta bread and skinless chicken and made sure to eat "lots of greens".
Letitia told the Express: "It was incredible. I found I had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food."
Fans were quick to praise Letitia on her stunning transformation.
One person Tweeted: "I want whatever diet Sharon from EastEnders is on."
Another said: "Sharon is a skinny legend. She's away for few weeks and came back Mariah Carey."
One fan wrote: "Blimey Sharon has lost a lot of weight! Looks much better," whilst another said: "Sharon Watts is a skinny queen."
Letitia has previously followed diets such as the cabbage soup diet, the Atkins and also "a really disgusting eggs-only diet".
In 2007, she took part in Strictly Come Dancing in a bid to slim down.
She told EastEnders' spin-off show Secrets from the Square: "The main reason I signed up was to do something about my figure.
"I was so sick of extreme dieting and my weight yo-yoing."
Letitia made her first appearance on EastEnders 36 years ago, at just 18 years old.
Her first stint on the soap lasted for 10 years, before she departed in 1995. She later returned in 2001 and has left and returned to the Square a number of times since.
