Carol Vorderman hailed ‘ultimate MILF’ as she gets sweaty in skintight leggings

Carol Vorderman has been hailed the “ultimate MILF” as she got sweaty during a very steamy workout.

The 61-year-old former Countdown star poured her hourglass curves into skintight Lycra as she headed for a gym session, with leggings that showed off her svelte thighs and calves before tapering into an eyelet patterned waist.

Carol donned a cropped black top with long sleeves as she worked the rowing machine, before moving on to weights and performing a few squats for the camera.

A pair of turquoise lace-up trainers completed her look, while Carol fixed her honey blonde hair into a loose ponytail to keep it out of her eyes.

A flash of toned tummy was visible as she reclined on a bench to lift weights, but Carol didn’t look at all fazed by the exposure.

Giving fans some insight into her fitness regime, Carol explained on Instagram: “Starting to build upper body again after a bad rotator cuff thing.

“Never been able to do a press up in my life (still doing them on my knees for that one but I’ll master it!)

“Life is gooooood. Get such a buzz from working out!”

Fans immediately piled into the comments section to praise the star, with one writing: “Carol gets fitter and fitter!” with a heart-eyed emoji.

Another hailed her the “ultimate MILF” as another praised: “Looking fit girl! You probably have enough guys wanting to give you advice.”

“Putting us young’uns to shame!” a fourth social media user echoed.

Carol wasn’t done with her steamy workout clips just yet, as she uploaded another in quick succession which saw her squatting in bright scarlet leggings in her living room.

The maths whiz reached down to touch her toes in a cropped grey Lycra shirt which left her belly-button on display – along with her rippling abs.

She even had a page full of notes scribbled on her favourite stretches.

Carol penned: “Typical morning for me at home before work!

“I live in a very tall house so I’m up and down these stairs (65 from bottom to top) dozens of times every morning – good exercise.

“A cup of tea and some stretching.

“My front lounge is still partly a little gym for me… and I like it that way. Makes it easy for some simple goblet squats and arm weights and stretching… hooked on stretching.”

The star continued: “Touch my toes first thing and see if I can get my palms on the floor or just fingertips to my toes… then do all the stretching and touch my toes again.

“It’s amazing to see the difference once I’ve stretched my hamstrings. Palms of hand straight onto the floor.

“My little goal… I like life like that.”
