Suga thinks BTS ‘just stopped by the Grammys’ before their ‘Permission to Dance On Stage – Las Vegas’ concerts

On April 4, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook held a VLIVE livestream immediately following the 2022 Grammy Awards.

At the 2022 Grammy Awards, BTS lost Best Pop Duo/Group Performance to Doja Cat and SZA. During the VLIVE, Jimin shared that he hopes fans weren’t too upset by the outcome.

“What I was really worried about was, of course we’re disappointed that we didn’t win anything but it was still such an honor. But I’m worried that our fans are more disappointed,” Jimin shared in the VLIVE according to the English translation.

Suga then emphasized that while the Grammy Awards were important, the award show was simply a pit stop before Permission to Dance On Stage – Las Vegas.

“We just stopped by the Grammys on our way to the concert, right? We just stopped by, right?” Suga asked the BTS members.

The members of BTS then laughed and joked with Suga that they put in very little effort for the 2022 Grammy Awards.
