Amanda Holden has taken to Instagram to parade her stunning physique as she waded into the ocean to take a morning dip.

Wearing a skimpy swimsuit, Amanda took to the freezing cold wild waters as she waded through the ocean, not even flinching slightly.

Posting the video on Instagram just after 8am on Monday morning (August 30), Amanda wowed her fans as she braved a wild swim on the chilly Bank Holiday.

Wearing a long-sleeved bikini top, with skimpy bottoms – Amanda showed off her stunning figure in a blue patterned number as she delved into the water.

Captioning the video: "#morning swim it was bone chillingly fabulous," the 50 year old's followers were in awe that the star braved the freezing cold water in the way she did.

Fans, followers and friends took to the comments section to gush over Amanda's gorgeous figure and daring morning activity.

Amanda's morning dip comes after she shared a snap of herself boarding a private jet on Sunday (August 29) where she could be seen sporting a super chic all white outfit.

Looking golden and tanned from her Corfu just trip days ago, the TV personality wore a white blazer and shorts set as she boarded the private jet for her next adventure.

The star has certainly been enjoying her summer holidays as she was also seen heading on an evening out with her lookalike daughter Hollie as they wore very similar outfits.
